When applying, we perform a soft credit check, which helps us determine if you are eligible. A soft credit check does not impact your credit score. Your credit score may be affected when accepting a loan to complete a purchase or opening an account. This means you will have no impact on your score, thereby making your request risk-free.

Yes, you are required to make a down payment when you are finalizing your treatment plan. This down payment goes toward your total purchase amount. If you apply and are pre-approved, you’ll be able to see the exact down payment amount for your purchase. Down payments can range depending on the finance offer. If you have bad credit, we may be able to still approve you. Thanks to our partners, you will see no credit impact when you apply for financing for your dental implants treatment.

This pre-qualification allows you to determine whether you pre-qualify for financing for parts or services. To complete the pre-qualification, you will need your email address, state-issued ID or driver’s license, and bank-issued debit card. You must also be 18 years of age (or higher, as required by state law) and have a physical street address or APO/AFO address. If you pre-qualify, you will be able to see your APR, monthly payments, and total finance charges. A completed pre-qualification is valid for 28 days. To finance products, parts or services at a merchant location before the pre-qualification expires, you will need to present your state-issued ID or driver’s license, make the required down payment with a bank-issued debit card, and choose a payment method for recurring payments. Any terms presented during the pre-qualification are subject to a continuing ability to meet the criteria used for the pre-qualification.

With your authorization, your payments are automatically debited or withdrawn on the due date you are assigned when completing your purchase and will be processed with the debit card you used for your down payment or with the account and routing number you provided. If you want to make an early or additional payment, you can call us or go online as well. There is no fee for making early or additional payments.
